The birth of a child is the single most important and life-changing moment of a woman’s life. Enjoying the experience of being pregnant and preparing for childbirth should be every woman’s right. Unfortunately, however, our culture has developed many negative and fear-based views of both pregnancy and childbirth. Hypnotherapy can assist pregnant women in many ways and is broken up into two treatment plans:
pregnancy bliss
Hypnotherapy can be used to overcome fears some mothers have about holding onto the pregnancy, for alleviating morning sickness and many other concerns, worries and discomforts. Sessions in the first trimester of pregnancy will enhance the entire journey of pregnancy for the mother and help to establish a loving bond with the unborn child.

As the excitement of the pending birth arrives, the third trimester brings a new range of thoughts, feelings and physical changes. This is the time to eradicate fear, create positive conditions for labour, increase comfort and prepare the mind, body and spirit for the best possible birth, as well as optimal post-natal recovery. At least one session will require your support person(s) to attend and it is recommended you also attend your hospital’s ante-natal classes.
